DISTRACTION IS EVERYWHERE.

And I should know.
It's so easy to fall into distraction, everyday things are distractions constantly, and it's easy to lose sight of what you're after. You just need to know when you're being distracted, and what exactly it is that's distracting you. It's pretty silly if you think about it, how easily you fall into it.

WHY DO WE LIE TO OURSELVES?

We cut ourselves off from God's will by not reading his word and spending some time with him each day, we lead ourselves to believe that the wrongs that we are doing are okay, that if we somehow twist them into a less wrong sounding thing and lie to ourselves a ton that it's okay, and it's really not. We need to stop feeding ourselves fluff, and get ourselves out of this comfy little hole we call denial. Stop being so afraid of sounding ridiculous, preach to your friends, teach yourself and let the Lord teach you his word, find out what it is he stands for and find our what you SHOULD stand for. We need to stop worrying about whether we're comfortable or not, and worry more about whether we're doing our best to please the Almighty God because that's why we're here. We either choose the comfortable route and take up his offer of freedom and choose to abandon our creator, or we choose to love and worship him, and take his offer of a fathers love and protection. I understand that we fall out sometimes, and things just get so difficult that you start to lose faith, but I'm taking a stand, and I'm not letting it happen to me again.
